Tracking pixels help you measure how visitors interact with your Heylink.me page after arriving from your marketing campaigns.
To provide consistent analytics across supported advertising platforms, Heylink.me automatically sends three built-in events to every connected tracking pixel.
These events are enabled by default—there’s nothing you need to configure.
At the moment, custom tracking pixel events are not supported. This means events such as Subscribe, Lead, Purchase, Complete Registration, or any other custom events cannot be added manually.
This guide explains exactly what Heylink.me tracks and how each supported event works.

What events does Heylink.me support?
Heylink.me currently supports the following built-in tracking events:
| Event | When it fires | Why it’s useful |
|---|---|---|
| PageView | When a visitor opens your Heylink.me page | Measure page visits and campaign traffic |
| OutboundClick | Whenever a visitor clicks one of your links | See which links generate engagement and where visitors go |
| ViewContent | After a visitor stays on your page for at least 2 seconds | Identify visitors who show higher engagement |
These events are automatically enabled for every connected tracking pixel.
No additional setup is required.
PageView
The PageView event fires immediately when someone lands on your Heylink.me page.
This event helps you understand how many visitors your page receives from marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, or other traffic sources.
Use PageView to:
- Measure page traffic
- Compare campaign performance
- Build audiences for supported advertising platforms
- Understand how many users reach your page
OutboundClick
The OutboundClick event is sent every time a visitor clicks one of the links on your Heylink.me page.
This event also includes the destination URL, making it easier to see which links receive the most engagement.
Examples include clicks on:
- Your website
- Online store
- Social media profiles
- YouTube channel
- Booking page
- Newsletter signup page
- Any other external link added to your Heylink.me page
OutboundClick helps you understand which destinations attract the most interest from your visitors.
ViewContent
The ViewContent event fires after a visitor remains on your Heylink.me page for at least two seconds.
This helps distinguish visitors who immediately leave from those who spend time viewing your page.
Because the visitor has shown a higher level of engagement, this event can help you better understand audience quality and campaign performance across supported advertising platforms.
Are these events enabled automatically?
Yes. As soon as you connect a tracking pixel to your Heylink.me page, all three supported events are automatically enabled:
- PageView
- OutboundClick
- ViewContent
No additional configuration or code is required. However, Heylink.me does not currently support sending custom or additional conversion events. Only the built-in events listed above are available.
If you want to connect your tracking pixels to your Heylink.me page, you can do it from the Tracking Pixels section of your account: https://app.heylink.me/tracking-pixels
